Immune Health — Travel & Immune Resilience
Client Profile
47-year-old professional experiencing a recurring pattern of illness, fatigue, headaches, and respiratory symptoms, particularly following travel, stress, and periods of high exertion.
The Challenge
Over 12–18 months, client experienced repeated episodes of significant fatigue, headaches, bronchitis, and upper respiratory symptoms—sometimes severe enough to require urgent care or ER visits. Travel had become particularly stressful, as getting sick afterward meant canceling work and family commitments and being away from her children.
The Journey
Our initial Brain Network Attunement session focused on the Neuro-Immune Network (NIN) and the relationship between immune resilience, autonomic safety, and long-held emotional patterns around abandonment, family stress, and travel. We released patterns of fear, anger, resentment, and helplessness while repatterning toward safety, connection, hope, and positive memories of family relationships.
The Outcome
Client experienced a significant shift in her pattern of illness, with the recurring episodes stopping and greater confidence in her resilience while traveling.
Timeframe
1 Brain Network Attunement session
"I just completed six weeks of travel—multiple countries, conferences, airports, flights, family gatherings—and I didn't get sick. I was talking with my executive coach about it, and I realized the only thing I had done differently was Brain Network Attunement. Surprisingly, I haven't been sick since my first session!"
