DYSautonomia / POTS
Client Profile
49-year-old with severe POTS/orthostatic intolerance, migraines, CSF leaks, and post-surgical recovery; significant grief and family stress.
The Challenge
Debilitating pain and dysautonomia when upright, sleep disruption, and cycles of fear and dysregulation. Client felt unsafe in her body and environment, overwhelmed by medical & relational stress.
The Journey
Working in the Autonomic and Pain Brain-Body Networks, we focused on shifting mindsets of "I'm not safe," betrayal, and scapegoating; clearing emotional priors tied to abuse, accidents, and medical trauma; and repatterning embodied safety, boundaries, and calm. Work supported post-surgical recovery and hormone/stress resilience.
The Outcome
Client reported reduced pain/flares, normalized hormone labs, steadier mood and energy, clearer thinking, improved sleep, breathing, and better cycle tolerance.
Timeframe
